I’m sure they already have a permit or they wouldn’t have been allowed to excavate at all. Perhaps they’ll rebury them somewhere on the site. That would be ideal, I think.

They should get a permit to take and study the bones and then after there done the should find a austerely ground that they can put them to rest in.

I’m hopeful they will be once the excavation is complete. I’m not sure what the legal requirements are in Mexico, but they have stringent cultural patrimony regulations, so that bodes well for respectful handling of historical human remains.

I just hope the sacred remains of our warriors are respected and reburied with dignity and honor as they DESERVE.
