I was there in the fall of 1989--not in Berlin, but in Germany...it's been a great week of looking back at an exciting moment in history. After the Wall came down we went over to the East and took a lot of pictures of old buildings--we couldn't believe how much cooler they looked without the German "prettification" that you see everywhere in the West--I'm sure now they're all prettified, though. Great mural and all, but it's as if I wrote a book based on a movie and expected the rights to the story. You copied somebody else's work; be happy people associate the mural with you at all.
