		<description>There&#039;s a lottery fund that helps support these kinds of purchases, as I recall, but I don&#039;t know how exactly it comes into play. I&#039;m shocked, honestly, that they&#039;ve gotten to the point of having to dig through the couch cushions.</description>

		<description>Good grief. Make those useless royals get jobs and funnel the money into hoard-saving. I thought that there would certainly be some kind of fund or national trust already set up for this sort of thing--but I guess it doesn&#039;t work that way.</description>
